Casino gcash is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider for depositing or withdrawing funds.
6. Limitation of Liability
Casino gcash provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casino gcash shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from a player's own gaming decisions.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
Casino gcash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:
- A user is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected on the account.
- Required identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
- The account holder requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
If your account is suspended or closed, casino gcash will communicate the decision to the email address registered on your account. Any funds held in a suspended account will be reviewed as part of the investigation process before a decision on their release is made.
